The Ann Demeulemeester Dé dessert plates combine hand-finished shadow paintings with a porcelain construction, drawing on the chiaroscuro contrast characteristic of the designer's aesthetic. Each piece features graduated tonal motifs applied by hand, resulting in subtle variation across the set.
