The Rulio set of 4 small bowls features reactive glazed stoneware crafted using a multi-stage hand-finishing process, where metal oxides and layered enamel glazes are applied after an initial firing to produce a distinctive metal flecking effect. Each piece is individually handmade in Portugal from high-quality regional clay, with each bowl finished in a different enamel colourway, making every piece unique in tone and glaze texture. The reactive glaze finish varies with firing temperature, baking time, and enamel thickness, resulting in naturally occurring variation across the set. Both dishwasher and microwave safe, the bowls measure 11cm in diameter and 5cm in height, with a 20cl capacity.
