The Marceau stoneware jug features a reactive enamel finish, handcrafted in Portugal using a multi-stage firing process that produces a distinctive metal flecking effect. Each piece is individually finished with layered metal oxides and a contrasting enamel glaze, meaning no two jugs are identical in colour or texture. The final appearance varies according to firing temperature, baking time, and enamel thickness, resulting in natural surface variation across the glaze. It measures H22 cm with a base diameter of 18.5 cm and a top diameter of 13 cm.
