The Azoia large serving dish features a reactive glaze finish handcrafted in Portugal, producing blue and brown tones with natural metallic flecking across its stoneware surface. Made from locally harvested clay worked by hand, the piece undergoes a two-stage firing process in which metal oxides are applied before a contrasting enamel glaze is added, with colour depth and texture varying according to temperature and application. This process ensures no two pieces are identical, giving each dish its own character. Dishwasher and microwave safe, it measures W28 x D43 x H4.5 cm.
