Its high-quality ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a simple clockwise motion, suitable for grinding rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. The matte acrylic construction is wipe-clean and compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC).
