Made from sustainably sourced rubber wood, it is finished with multiple coats of hand-polished lacquer and includes both stainless steel 'S' and 'P' screw knobs, allowing use as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic mechanism is suited for rock salt crystals or black peppercorns, though it is not compatible with sea salt, wet salt, or pink peppercorns. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), it measures H24 cm x Base Diameter 6 cm including the screw knob.
