The Palm Beach Blue Square Pillar Mill features sustainably sourced rubberwood finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer, producing a flawless, glass-like sheen. It includes both an S and a P stainless-steel screw knob, allowing the mill to function as either a salt grinder or a pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a smooth clockwise motion, and grind fineness is adjusted by tightening or loosening the knob — overtightening should be avoided to protect the ceramic components. The mill is fully compliant with EU food contact legislation and measures H23.5 cm x W5.5 cm.
