The Mini Column Salt or Pepper Mill features sustainably sourced rubberwood construction finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer, hand polished between each coat. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), its ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a simple clockwise motion. The adjustable grind button allows control from coarse to fine by tightening or loosening the top knob, and is suitable for black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size, though not compatible with sea salt, wet salt, or pink peppercorns. The mill measures H13.3 cm with a base diameter of 4.7 cm.
