The Gingham Square Pillar Mill features a lacquered rubberwood construction finished with eight hand-polished coats of high gloss lacquer for a flawless sheen. It includes both an S and P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the user to configure it as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob, and is compatible with black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), it measures H23.5 x W5.5 cm.
