The Chubbie salt and pepper mill features a bobbin-shaped body crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood, finished with multiple hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer for a flawless sheen. Its ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a simple clockwise motion, accommodating black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. The adjustable grind button controls coarseness — tightening produces a finer grind — while the ceramic components should not be overtightened to avoid damage. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), the mill should be wiped with a soft damp cloth and kept away from prolonged direct sunlight.
