The Chambray Square Pillar Mill features a high-gloss lacquered finish applied in 8 hand-polished coats over sustainably sourced rubberwood, giving it a refined, durable surface. Its ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a clockwise motion and is compatible with both rock salt crystals and black peppercorns, with included stainless steel screw knobs marked S and P allowing the user to designate its use.
