The Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill features a watermelon pink high-gloss lacquer finish applied in eight hand-polished coats over a sustainably sourced Rubberwood body, producing a consistent, glossy surface. It includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, giving the user the choice of salt or pepper grinding. The ceramic mechanism activates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), it is suitable for black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. H23.5 cm x Base Diameter 7 cm.
