The Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill features a distinctive bobbin shape crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood, finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer in rich Teal. It includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the mill to function as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob.
