The Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill features a high-gloss lacquered finish applied in eight hand-polished coats over sustainably sourced Rubberwood, giving the bobbin-shaped body a flawless sheen. It includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the user to designate it as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top knob. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), it is suitable for black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. H23.5 cm x Base Diameter 7 cm.
