Made from sustainably sourced Rubberwood, it comes with both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob so it can serve as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a simple clockwise motion, with grind fineness controlled by the adjustment button at the top.
