The Bobbin Salt or Pepper Mill features a cobalt lacquered finish over a sustainably sourced Rubberwood body, with eight coats of high-gloss lacquer each hand-polished for a smooth, even sheen. Supplied with both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, it can be configured as either a salt or pepper grinder. Its ceramic grinding mechanism operates via a simple clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by the top knob. Compliant with EU food contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC), it is suitable for black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. H23.5 cm x Base Diameter 7 cm.
