The Oblique rug, designed by Matthew Hilton, combines a geometric pattern with the natural texture of 100% hand spun Afghan wool. Hand knotted at a density of 49,600 knots per square metre, the construction delivers a tightly woven surface with notable durability and tactile depth. Each knot is tied by hand in India, reflecting a traditional craft process that contributes to the rug's structural integrity and subtle variation in finish.
