The Barley rug combines the earthy strength of jute (70%) with the warmth of wool (30%), hand-woven using the traditional Punja technique where artisans use a comb-like tool to tightly pack the yarn. A 100% cotton warp underpins the construction, giving the rug its firm architectural structure and long-term integrity. Its 14mm profile creates a substantial, multi-dimensional surface with a pronounced texture that sits well above a standard flatweave. Sized at W250 x D350 cm.
