The Arket mini plant pot combines sculptural form with functional design, featuring a series of vertical lines that protrude from the base body to create an undulating surface with contrasting light and shadow. Its organic shape is crafted from waterproof fiber concrete, ensuring durability and long-term resilience for both indoor and outdoor use. A drainage hole in the base supports both water flow and air circulation for healthier root conditions, while the included saucer catches excess water. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for 101 Copenhagen, the mini sized 'Arket' plant pot is equal parts sculpture and vessel. Characterized by a series of vertical lines that protrude from the base body for an undulating surface that offers a contrast between light and shadow, the organically shaped pot is accompanied by a saucer to catch water. As well as assisting drainage, a hole in the bottom of the pot also facilitates air flow for plants placed inside while the use of waterproof fiber concrete for both components ensures a long-lasting and hardworking vessel.
