The Buttercup Housewife Pillowcase features a blend of yellow and off-white flax yarns woven together to produce a warm, layered tone. The fabric is tumble-finished after weaving, resulting in a soft hand feel and relaxed drape that holds its texture through regular use. Each pillowcase is hand-finished in Portugal with a housewife edge closure, and the linen is sourced from Masters of FLAX FIBRE™ certified European flax, grown without irrigation or GMOs and processed without water or solvents. The fabric is produced in an OEKO-TEX® certified factory and is machine washable at 40 degrees.
