Jonah Side Table - Light, Petrified Wood

The Jonah Side Table features a petrified wood slice top, where natural permineralization has transformed organic wood into stone over millennia beneath sediment or volcanic ash. Each top varies in its patterning and tone due to this entirely natural formation process, making every piece one of a kind. The tabletop is supported by wrought iron legs finished in antique brass, combining raw geological material with refined metalwork. A selection process is available after ordering, allowing you to choose from available pieces based on images provided by the design support team.

A unique, petrified wood slice top lamp table with antique brass finished, wrought iron legs. Petrified wood is the result of permineralization which turns wood to stone. The process takes place when wood becomes buried under sediment or volcanic ash and is preserved due to lack of oxygen. Due to the organic nature of the petrified wood material each piece will vary in appearance. When you have placed your order, our Design Support Team will then contact you via email with images of each stool available, so you can choose your very own unique piece!
