The Verdant Stitches straight empire lamp shade features hand-painted card construction with a mottled green surface finish that varies naturally between individually painted pieces. Unlike a traditional tapered empire profile, the straight sides create a more cylindrical form, directing light more evenly up and down. The card material provides a lightweight structure with soft light diffusion, and the 30cm diameter suits larger lamp bases with standard fittings.
