Designed by Luca Nichetto, the Plass pendant light is made from rotationally moulded polycarbonate to form its glass-like diffuser. This design was inspired by the shapes and colours of the glass beads of the Venetian tradition. The steel inner workings and base are concealed for a seamless and smooth appearance that allows all focus to be on the diffuser and its glow. All of this is suspended by a minimal wire flex cable which offers support while also not distracting from the design itself. A simple yet detailed design such as this works well as a single fixture but can also be a show stopper when paired with others for a clustered or linear lighting look.
