Its reactive enamel finish is achieved by applying metal oxides after an initial firing, then covering the piece with a contrasting enamel glaze — the final colour and flecking determined by firing temperature, baking time, and enamel thickness. The handcrafted stoneware is made from high-quality regional clay worked by hand, with glazes developed from raw, natural materials, ensuring no two pieces are identical.
