The Giant Floor Lamp features commanding scale with its articulated arm mechanism, built from powder coated aluminium for enhanced durability. Its substantial proportions provide striking visual impact, while the flexible positioning suits multiple lighting needs. The weighted base offers excellent stability, and the smooth joint movement enables precise light control.
A playful, surrealist iteration of the original Anglepoise 1227 lamp, the Giant 1227 floor light is literally three times the size of the standard desk light. Originally created for author Roald Dahl as a tribute to his passion for the Anglepoise he used at his writing desk, this is a statement piece like no other. Made almost entirely from powder coated aluminium, the Giant 1227 can be used as either a floor light or a desk light, as it can still be easily positioned to loom over a desk. Available in 7 contemporary colours to match your interior space.
