The Clessidra hourglass offers a two-toned interpretation of the traditional hourglass form, originally designed by Paolo Venini in 1957. Handmade from Murano glass, it consists of two separately blown sections — grey and aquamarine — fused together using the incalmo technique, a Venetian glassblowing method that joins molten glass pieces at matching diameters. The result is a seamless, colour-divided silhouette with the clarity and finish characteristic of hand-worked Murano glass.
