The Collo Alto Salad Set features 18/10 mirror polished stainless steel construction, giving each utensil a refined, reflective finish. Both pieces share an elongated neck that widens toward the handle, providing a secure grip while tossing and serving. The sizing of each utensil is suited to handling salad portions with ease and control.
Alessi's salad set belongs to the elegant 'Collo Alto' collection of cutlery which was born following Inga Sempé's risotto spoon design for the brand. Shaped from 18/10 mirror polished stainless steel, each of the utensils — both of which feature an elongated neck which widens at the handle — is ideally sized for tossing and serving salad.
