The LCW Lounge Chair features moulded ash plywood construction with a face veneer base, originally designed by Charles & Ray Eames in 1945-1946. Its seat and backrest are formed from layered ash plywood, with a rubber connecting element between the backrest and base that allows subtle flex and absorbs movement. The black finish runs across the plywood surfaces, while the moulded shaping provides ergonomic support without additional padding. Manufactured in Germany, the chair measures W56 x D53 x H68 cm, with a seat height of 30 cm.
