The design for 'Sanluca' came about when designers Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni explored the idea of peeling an armchair back to its bare minimum, with the removal of most padding. What's left is an extremely comfortable structure in which birch plywood, solid beech and poplar come together with semi-glossy black-lacquered ash wood feet and Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® leather in 'Siam' upholstery. The resulting chair is an ergonomic and stylish figure that cuts a striking silhouette in any space.
