Colonial Armchair with Curved Arms - Walnut

The Colonial Armchair combines minimalist design with sturdy construction through its carefully engineered bracing system. The slim proportions create refined aesthetics without compromising structural integrity, and the oiled walnut finish adds natural warmth to the solid wood frame.

The OW149 Colonial Armchair was designed by Ole Wanscher in 1959. As a minimalist, Wanscher used slim and refined proportions to create a striking piece. Sophisticated and defined, the design boasts signature slightly curved armrests that rise to a point before taking a turn downwood.
