Designed by Wang & Söderström for Hay, the 'Chubby' vase is miniature piece of art. Inspired by the space where digital and physical forms meet, the vessel is first 3D printed before being moulded in stoneware at a ceramic factory. The result is a wholly sculptural piece whose organic shape and original aesthetic belies it's uber-modern technological production process.
