Katto Carving Set - Walnut, AUS10 Japanese Steel

The Katto Carving Set combines hand-forged construction with fine materials, bringing together a 10.4-inch AUS10 Japanese steel carving knife and a 12.6-inch carving fork forged from recycled British steel. The knife handle is fitted with sustainably sourced walnut, while the fork is balanced for control during use. Both pieces are handcrafted in Sheffield and housed in a bespoke Italian leather wrap, made exclusively by Chapman Leather. The set is finished with hand-wrapping and presented with a cotton bag.
