Thanks to the in-house Timberlite® technology from the manufacturer LZF LAMPS, the thin, fragile wood veneer becomes supple and pliable. The wide band is shaped into its final form by hand and held in position with eyelets. The light passes gently through the wood from the front and falls onto the wall as an appealing Akzent at the top and bottom. In addition, the fine wood grains come into their own when in use. The Irish designer Ray Power created Air. His trademark of creating three-dimensional bodies from flat materials is also clearly evident in the Air luminaire series - with wood from sustainable, environmentally friendly forestry (FSC®-certified)
