Today, the lamp, whose design comes from the German designer Christian Dell, is the symbol of elegant and refined Bauhaus design, exquisite choice of materials and precise technology. The scissor arm of the wall lamp immediately catches the eye of any observer. The extendability as well as the patented swivel shade offer an individual adjustment of the lighting and provide a sophisticated functionality. Another plus of the lamp is the installation with cable and plug, which makes versatile use in the living or working area possible. The responsible designer Christian Dell comes from Offenbach and was a trained silversmith before he went to Weimar. There he studied at the Saxon School of Arts and Crafts with Henry van de Velde and later became a teacher of industrial design and master craftsman at the Bauhaus Weimar. The Kaiser idell™ lamp series is produced by FRITZ HANSEN in the usual quality. The Danish traditional company from Copenhagen works with many well-known designers such as Arne Jacobsen or Hans J.
