Part of an ongoing series of botanical paintings inspired by the woodland surrounding the artist's home, created using gouache on paper. About the artist A 'celebratory exploration of colour', Sue Kennington's abstract artworks are each characterised by expressive, gestural brushstrokes that create a sense of movement. Originally from London, the artist now works between Rome and the Italian wilderness.
