Alega table lamp with transparent glass baseThe combination of a classically shaped, white textile shade and a base made entirely of mouth-blown multi-layered glass makes the Alega table lamp a source of additional light with a light retro flair. The radiating light is emitted both upwards through the opening in the shade and downwards, where it then sets the scene for the transparency of the glass base and at the same time receives a particularly atmospheric, warm note.- Design: Vico MagistrettiThe creator of this beautiful table lamp was born in Milan in 1920 and quickly advanced to become a well-known designer for the areas of industry, furniture, interior design and lighting after his studies. Many of his works were honoured with awards, such as the Apollo lamp and the Moralunga armchair with the Compasso d'Oro in 1979.
