Design table lamp from UMAGE: shade Eos mini in pink, elegant frame in black A noble combination of the Eos mini shade created by Søren Ravn Christensen and a metal frame designed by Anders Klem forms this table lamp, which can be used in a variety of ways throughout the living area. The shade is made of real goose feathers glued to a cardboard base. No feathers of live animals are used in the process. The frame is inspired by the stem of a champagne flute. As a practical extra, the table lamp has a USB port, which is invisibly built into the base. This can be used to charge the cell phone or tablet even when the lighting is not switched on. Søren Ravn Christensen is one of the founders of the manufacturing company UMAGE, which exists since 2008, as well as chief designer in the house. Anders Klem has worked in lighting and furniture design for UMAGE since graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2013.
