A style with an aesthetic principle: a De Stijl table lamp - ideas from Holland, quality made in Germany This table lamp was designed in 1930 in the Netherlands by followers of the De Stijl style. The Dutch style, De Stijl from 1917 is closely related to the principles of the Bauhaus and prefers a purist, i.e. simple representation in art and architecture. Thus, the De Stijl models achieve special aesthetics. The base of this table lamp is polished and lacquered brass or chrome-plated metal. The Lampshade can individually be positioned on the frame. This table lamp comes with consecutive numbering and TECNOLUMEN stamp for verification of unique quality. The company TECNOLUMEN - Programme with heart The company TECNOLUMEN is based entirely on the Bauhaus-style: Their first product was the Wagenfeld table lamp in 1979. In addition to Wilhelm Wagenfeld’s models, TECNOLUMEN integrated even more design classics of Bauhaus in their program; from Marianne Brandt to the designs of other designers such as Walter Schnepel.
