The distinctive feature of this Papillon light is the curved edges of the dome that create beautiful geometric shapes in the style of the 1950s. The round base of the light is suitable for placing small objects on to be lit directly by the light. Another small, stylish detail is the textile-clad cable with a built-in switch to switch it on and off. Élise Fouin is a young designer who focuses on the material itself and puts the object somewhat in the background.
