It consists of a tripod-like metal frame and a half-shell-shaped metal shade that can be variably orientated. The outside of the metal shade and part of the three-legged frame are black, while the inside of the shade and individual details on the frame are painted a copper colour. This gives the table lamp a particularly high-contrast and modern appearance, which is particularly effective in modern living spaces. Chester has an E27 socket, so it is up to the user to decide which type of bulb to use.
