Using an exclusive 3D veneer technology, the lampshade was designed in an organic form. The designers of the light, Magnus Nero and Ingemar Jönsson, were inspired by a frangipani flower and created the expansive wooden lampshade, which also bears a slight resemblance to an antique gramophone, from which the name of this unique table lamp is derived. In combination with the metal base in the shape of a champagne flute, the result is a table lamp that will be a highlight on a chest of drawers or side table. A USB port has been integrated into the base so that a smartphone or Tablet can be charged directly on the light, regardless of whether the light is switched on or off.
