Suspension lamp Skinny with long shade made of cardboard strips Skinny - the English word for thin - the name of the pendant lamp could not be more apt. The long, slender shade of the lamp consists of cardboard strips, which were made from wood from responsibly managed forests. The fine strips have been arranged by hand and glued together with a fully biodegradable adhesive, with particular attention paid to a beautiful and straight circumferential nuance of the cardboard material. In the upper and in the lower half of the shade sits a socket, which can be equipped with a suitable illuminant. The light penetrates through the fine gaps of the cardboard strips and sets on the one hand the shade in scene, on the other hand a very cozy lighting atmosphere is created. The elongated pendant lamp Skinny is a product of Think Paper, a Dutch design lighting manufacturer that specializes in the production of sustainable lighting with a very unique character. Sustainability and the 100% recyclability of the residues resulting from the production of the lamps are among the principles according to which the cardboard lamps by Think Paper are manufactured.
