Sustainable and exclusive VELI wall light in white foliage finish This impressive and highly decorative designer wall light from the VELI series leaves a lasting impression. Its organic form exudes a feeling of liveliness and allows the viewer to discover the light anew every day. Composed of over 200 plug-in connections, VELI is a true work of craftsmanship. The individual elements are formed by hand and combined to form a three-dimensional body. They are made entirely from the patented plastic Opalflex®, which was developed by the Italian manufacturer Slamp itself. This plastic consists of technopolymers and glass crystals that are extremely flexible and completely unbreakable. The material gives VELI an appealing, fine contour, resulting in even light diffusion. The exciting light effects that emerge around the wall lamp serve either as soft, general room lighting or provide accompanying light for a decorative Akzent. Thanks to the practical magnetic system, the lampshade can be easily removed for cleaning. The Rom-based manufacturer Slamp was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani. One of the company's major, long-standing projects is all about sustainability. The production of the lights from technopolymers reduces environmental costs fourfold. Slamp does not use screws or adhesives; all residues are recycled or, since 2020, donated to companies that use the leftover material to make nesting boxes for bumblebees.
