Original Product Description:

Magnificent LED pendant luminaire La Lollo XL with 360° lighting effect On three levels, cylindrical elements line up in varying circumferences around an LED ring inside. The circles become narrower from top to bottom, creating an incomparable lighting effect. Each narrow, elongated cylinder has a discreet band around it, creating a visual highlight. They are also open at the top and bottom and allow a 360° light due to their nature. The basic substance of the lamp are patented, innovative materials made of technopolymers, which were specially developed by the Italian manufacturer Slamp. These include Christalflex®, Lentiflex® and Opalflex®, which are characterised not only by their lightness but also by their high resistance and flexibility. Each element is handmade and receives a three-dimensional volume through the curved processing, which underlines the unique lighting effect. Slamp is based in Rome, where the company was founded by Roberto Ziliani in the early 1990s. Sustainability is given a very high priority in every step of production and so the Italian manufacturer has also committed itself to the sensible use of the cuttings from the technopolymers produced during manufacture and processing. These are donated to a company that uses them to make nesting boxes for bumblebees.
