The housing of the intergated LED module is also made of polished aluminum. The real star is the German-made and mouth-blown shade, whose shape is based on the sports equipment used in the winter sport of curling. This is where designers Jean-Marc da Costa and Manfred Wolf, also the founder and CEO of the manufacturer of this luminaire, found their inspiration.Completing the shade is a conical internal reflector made of opal white polycarbonate and a diffuser below the LED.
