Flapflap Single pendant light with intermediate cord switch The Flapflap Single designer pendant light is a model that breaks with many conventions and redefines categories. Although it is labelled as a pendant light and must actually be attached and connected to a ceiling connection, its appearance suggests otherwise. Die outer form is more reminiscent of a table lamp. The slightly conical lampshade and the typically small, baroque curved base give the light the appearance of a table lamp or even more specifically that of a bedside table lamp. Flapflap Single can indeed be used as a bedside table lamp - provided there is a ceiling connection above the bedside table. Otherwise, Flapflap offers everything that a table lamp offers - in addition to its appearance, it also has an intermediate cord switch. The designer Constantine Wortmann developed the Flapflap luminaire series for the Cologne-based luminaire manufacturer next. Since 2005, the company's production and sales have been based in the Rhine metropolis, where lights "Made in Germany" have been manufactured ever since.
