Pendant luminaire Icaro with decorative cage shade Icaro is a creative design by Danish designer Brian Rasmussen. The umbrella, made entirely of metal, consists of thin curved and angled struts that come together to form an unusual cage shape. A special feature is the possibility of draping a coloured fabric shade over the inserted lamp. The fabric shade is not included with the luminaire and can be ordered separately via accessories. Icaro is equipped with an E27 lampholder in which all types of illuminants can be inserted. Suitable lamps can be purchased via accessories. The light is emitted upwards and downwards and also shines gently through the fabric on all sides. The grid struts stand out as a fascinating pattern on the ceiling and wall.
