It consists of a kind of cage or frame made of black steel and orientated vertically. Hemp ropes are attached from the power outlet to the sockets, creating a striking contrast to the metal frame with its black surface. They can be wrapped around the frame as desired, which of course also allows a more individualised look to be created. The bulbs themselves also play a key role in determining the look and should therefore be selected to match and ideally have a glass bulb, as is the case with traditional light bulbs, which are nowadays largely being replaced by LED bulbs because they look similar but are much more efficient.
