Aicler AIC833 floor lamp with practical articulated arm After a frustrating search for suitable lights for the workstations in the factory, Jean-Louis Domecq quickly designed a lamp himself that met his requirements. This gave rise to the manufacturer Jieldé, whose name is made up of Domecq's initials, which still produces lights with an unmistakable industrial design by hand to this day.
