The frame is made of gunmetal, an alloy of bronze, tin and zinc, also known as gunmetal, and bone china, the finest and most precious porcelain available. Despite its delicacy, it has a very high edge impact resistance. It is also translucent, i.e. it allows light to pass through. This means that the light is not only emitted directly downwards, but also slightly around the room. The Howard chandelier is ideal for the harmonious illumination of living rooms and entrance halls. The Howard luminaire series was designed by Space Copenhagen. Behind this name are the founders of the design studio, Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, which has been based in Copenhagen since 2005.
